They are looking for an organized, goal-oriented sales support and operations specialist to join their sales department!
The Sales Support and Operations Specialist will handle sales-related tasks and manage the general shipping for the store. This includes processing new orders, tracking shipments, entering inventory data, and managing shipping and receiving. Customer service is an integral part of this position and the specialist will be responsible for maintaining client relationships by working efficiently and quickly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Candidates who are highly interpersonal, proficient in computer software systems, effectively organized to meet deadlines, able to work independently or in a team setting, and are eager to learn new skills are welcomed to apply. Qualified applicants with successful sales experience preferably in jewelry, although not required, are encouraged to apply as well.
