IN-HOUSE REPAIRS

Matthew and John run our repair shop. Matthew is our senior bench jeweler: setting stones, fabricating from scratch, and taking on the pieces other jewelers hand back. His brother John trained alongside him, recently completed an advanced stone setting course, and has inherited the same meticulousness.

Your jewelry never leaves the building. Every repair is done in our shop on Main Street, logged when it comes in and secured every night, because these are your personal pieces and we treat them that way. We've never shipped a repair out.

Bring us anything. We rarely say no, and cleaning and inspection is always free, whether you bought the piece here or not.

A repair can fix a worn prong. It can't replace a ring that's gone.

We've partnered with Zillion so you can insure your jewelry against loss, theft, and damage. If something happens, you bring it back to us.

Free cleaning and inspection twice a year is the best prevention. Insurance covers the rest.
